O ar-condicionado funcionava e resfriava bem, porém fazia bastante ruído durante o uso. No banheiro, a tampa do vaso não estava bem instalada, batendo ao encostar. Também notei fios de instalação aparentes e alguns detalhes de acabamento e estrutura que demonstram necessidade de manutenção simples. Havia uma tomada solta no quarto, e a televisão...
