Staff - first hotel that had staff who were able to speak and understand English and very helpful - esp with arranging hire car pick up Also made use of airport onsen which was good too Also able to accomodate my room request - made my stay relaxed and easy especially whilst navigating flights and being in the airport made perfect for inter flight logistics

I arrived at the airport around 8:00, so I stayed overnight before heading to my next destination. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped with everything I needed, so it was perfectly adequate. The hot spring and breakfast were excellent.

Travelling as a foreigner, this was a super easy and convenient hotel after landing from a late night flight. Staff was helpful, while I do understand a bit of Japanese, they met me halfway which was very kind of them. Room was clean, comfortable beds, and a great shower after a long flight. Breakfast in the morning was included. It was buffet style that was a mix between western style and traditional Japanese, all of it was excellent.

So convenient if you want to be ready for a departing flight in the morning or a late flight arrival. Rooms were clean and they offered a free breakfast. The only complaint was, the need and pillows were s little too firm for our liking. Other than that great property and we would stay there again,
