Péssima experiência

Eu fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com e, no dia do check-in, entraram em contato às 13h46 para perguntar o horário de chegada (previsto para as 23h) e disseram que estariam ao meu aguardo. Às 21h07, avisaram que, "em virtude de uma necessidade pontual em nossa estrutura", eu havia sido realocada para uma pousada ao lado, que possui diária inferior à da Pousada Praiamar. O pagamento estava combinado para ser realizado na recepção da Praiamar, mas como fiquei hospedada em outra pousada, realizei o pagamento no local. Depois, verifiquei que a Pousada Praiamar realizou a cobrança no meu cartão de crédito e solicitei o reembolso. A Pousada Praiamar concordou em reembolsar, porém reembolsaram menos de 50% do valor total (e com atraso em relação à data informada por eles). Cobrei novamente, mas não obtive retorno. O assunto se estende até hoje, e não recebi o reembolso total. Resumindo, eu fiz uma reserva na Pousada Praiamar, eles me realocaram para uma Pousada de preço inferior (em que realizei o pagamento no local) e não recebi o reembolso total da Praiamar. A experiência foi péssima, não recomendo.

Eu gostei muito, a recepção foi ótimo, muito gentis e prestativas as pessoas que trabalham lá, bem perto da praia, suíte com ar condicionado, café da manhã muito bom.

Ambiente tranquilo, calmo, pousada organizada, limpa e simples. 4 dias de estadia, não houve troca de lençóis, retirada de lixo e nem limpeza do quarto. Apenas essa observação negativa

Passei um fim de semana com minha filha super agradável. São atenciosos, lugar limpo , fácil acesso para praia e outros lugares. Gostei muito! Recomendo e vamos voltar .
