Integrated with nature with lots of green and large garden, the house is 400 meters from the beach in a quiet allotment with few houses. Located in condominium with private security, cameras and round the clock.

The condo is an oasis within the North Coast for being quiet and quiet. The house is great for couples, families with children, groups of friends or even people who like to travel alone.

The space

The property is formed by the main house + house:

Main house: 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 people)
- 1 suite with double bed
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds

Household: 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 5 people)
- 1 suite with double bed
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed

Bedrooms:
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms
Can be exclusive or shared, depending on the type of accommodation.
Bed linen not included (charged separately)

Kitchen:
We have 2 places to prepare meals:
The main house kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, 4 burner stove, microwave and utensils such as blender, juicer, plus cookware, glasses and cutlery.
In the house there is a common barbecue, plus a small stove (2 burners) and utensils such as pots, glasses and cutlery. The spaces are simple but functional for the preparation of any meal.

Common Areas:
Space with barbecue, porch with hammock, ping-pong table and large lawn.

Guest Access

We work with 3 hosting models:

- Entire House: Ideal for family, groups of friends and people who like privacy and want to enjoy all the space of the house exclusively..

- Private room: Ideal for couples, couples with children, small group of friends and people who want to travel without giving up relative privacy. In this mode, we have only 2 rooms (suites) with private bathroom. In the other bedrooms, the bathrooms are shared as well as the other common areas of the house.

Shared room: Ideal for people, backpackers and tourists who enjoy traveling alone, with excellent value for money and who value community life. In this mode all areas of the house are for shared use, including the bedrooms.

Other remarks

The house does not have bed and bath linen, so it is necessary to bring.
Beach Items: We have umbrellas and chairs for shared use, so availability varies.
