I like very much the area around the hotel . The breakfast had nice options . My room was big and was clean .
My only big disappointment was that i wrote to the hotel before my arrival asking if i could do the check in before the 2 pm time if any room was available of course . After a 10 hours flight from the USA , I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am and requested to check in a room when available . I went to the reception area several times to ask them and reminding them I was waiting . While in the lobby I saw many people checking out . Other clients got their room before me . When i pointed about that they said they were in a different room category from me. I was the first to arrive at the hotel . By 12:30 after 6 hours waiting I had it ( check out is a 12:00), half a hour is more than enough to clean a room . When I finally ask to get a room or speak with a manager they gave me the room .
I know check in is at 2 pm but if there was an empty room I expected them to ask the housecleaning people to clean it so they could please a costumer . I did not see any urgency in their attempts. That was very very disappointing to me . May be is because I booked with Expedia and the price was better . But I booked in the USA and I looked at hotels in Expedia and I saw their hotel otherwise I would not know about them . Sometimes it is important to attract clients to keep them . Very disappointed in that aspect .
