Todas as dezenas de vezes todos os quartos tiveram problemas. A tomada não funciona, luz não acende, tv sem sinal, todos os banheiros cheio de mofo e nesse último que foi o quarto 602 o chuveiro não sai água morna e tive que tomar banho gelado e estava cheio de mofo. Café da manhã é bom

Hotel muito sujo, principalmente os banheiros. Apenas 1 elevador, pois o outro estava quebrado. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Roupa de cama suja. Toalhas furadas. Não recomendo.

Precisa melhorar

A minha estadia em se foi boa, mais alguma coisas deixou a desejar tipo limpeza passei 4 dias o quarto foi limpo apenas 1 vez depois que fiz várias solicitações já que eu tinha colocado a plaquinha na porta por quase 48 HS, a tv só funcionava a red globo e a imagem estava horrível, o banheiro não tinha secador, tinha uns vídeos de sanetes líquido vazio no suporte do banheiro os box estavam bem sujos, sem falar que tinha uma atendente muito grossa, estávamos em um grupo de 5 pessoas e o quarto de uma delas não chegou a nem ser limpo mesmo com a plaquinha na porta, e tipo tudo que agente precisasse tem que descer e pegar na portaria ex cobertor, travesseiro, toalhas.

À noite para dormir é ruim pois a rua é muito barulhenta e a região é perigosa para transitar quando anoitece. Ficamos no terceiro andar e dava para ouvir muito o barulho da rua pois a vedação das janelas é de baixa qualidade e muito antiga, é preciso melhorar. Cama é ok, chuveiro também, Café da manhã é bom.
