Spectacular penthouse with terrace and views of the Port(Wifi and Garage)

Spectacular new 100m2 penthouse and 80m2 terrace, in the center of Sanxenxo 70m from the beach, overlooking the marina and the estuary. It is a 5-minute walk from the marina and leisure areas. You will enjoy all the advantages of a stay in the heart of Sanxenxo, you can walk to the beaches, the best restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and fashion stores. Area with a great variety of restaurants, furanxos and tapas areas.

The apartment is located 60m from Carabuxeira beach, 300m from Panadeira beach and 500m from Silgar beach.
The apartment has two large rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds. If desired, we have an extra bed for a child.
Fully equipped apartment: iron, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespreso coffee machine, towels, sheets, dishes. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home.
Guests will have private parking. The apartment offers all bedding and towels for guests.
All bedrooms and living room have access to the terrace. The terrace is fully equipped with a dining area, armchairs and sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent views.
The apartment has a garage space in the same building.
If you are interested in renting this apartment, please speak to the owner in advance to check availability.
July and August arrivals and departures are made on Saturdays, with a minimum stay of one week.

A TERRACE WITH A VIEW

The wrap around terrace ensures sun all day and great views, it makes this penthouse apartment a pleasure to spend time in. It is stylishly furnished and well equipped and has a big screen TV , having a garage was a bonus. Contact with Paula was good and the charming Ana met us at the apartment . Sanxenxo has some of the best beaches you will find anywhere and a good variety of shops and restaurants. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you Paula . John

Perfect apartment except for the lack of Wifi

The apartment is really very nice, proper, well equipped, we loved it, particularly the spectacular rooftop with a view to the sea, in the center of Sanxenxo, even with a parking lot in the building. The only thing we really missed was Wifi, particularly our grown-up children. An apartment if that standard should definitively have that. There was Wifi in the past, but it caused complaints as it was not working properly, therefore the proprietor decided to disconnect it, but the plan seems to be to fix it over winter time.

Lovely house, amazing location in Sanxenxo.

Everything went smoothly, the house is great and in an amazing location, far from noise of bars but close to the beach. Ana was really helpful and able to assist with cleaning as additional service. Only thing to make it perfect would be to have wifi, apart from that, it was a great stay.

Lovely holiday home with a beautiful view

We stayed at Paula’s apartment for two weeks in July with our two young children (2 and 5 years old). The property is light, airy and child friendly. Both bedrooms are spacious and the little extra room at the back of a main en-suite was perfect for keeping our suitcases etc. The property was very well equipped. There is a coffee machine, toaster and juicer. We bought fresh oranges from a fruit store across the road and the kids loved having fresh orange juice for breakfast. The terrace/ balcony is large with sun loungers, chairs and a large table. Perfect for relaxing, having lunch outside and for kids playing. Paula has thought of and provided everything you could possibly need from lots of extra towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, washing up liquid and so on. The property is well located. Only a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and the beach. There are other beautiful beaches only a few minutes drive. Lots of small local stores and seafood markets are literally on the door step. We never needed to do a large supermarket shop and just picked things up on the daily basis. Paula was very friendly and responded to all our queries very quickly. We were met at the apartment by a lovely lady called Ana, who checked us in when we arrived. We advised Paula of our arrival time and Ana was able to meet us at the property as soon as we arrived, which was so helpful after a very early morning flight. Ana showed us around and was very welcoming. We all enjoyed our time at Sanxenxo and the property was ideal for our vacation.

Luxurious rooftop apartment

If you are looking for quality self catering accommodation in a perfect location then look no further. The apartment is spotlessly clean with comfortable furnishings and well stocked with kitchen appliances( including a coffee machine, washing machine & dishwasher). There is an secure underground car park with a lift directly to the apartment. Communication with the owner Paula was excellent both before and during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert! Alleine die Dachterrasse ist schon ein Traum. Die ganze Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Auch der großzügige Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Aufzug ist ein Plus. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist fußläufig zum Jachthafen, Stadtzentrum, dem Stadtstrand und den ganzen Restaurants. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt zwar an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße, aber den Straßenlärm bekommt man in der obersten Etage kaum mit. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen und auch unseren Freunden empfehlen!

Super Penthouse, alles top!

Eine TOP-Wohnung, alles neu und gepflegt, sämtliche Geräte vorhanden, schönes Geschirr und Besteck, Hand-und Badetücher in großer Anzahl. Sogar Putzmittel, Mülltüten, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel und Seife waren vorrätig. Die Matratzen waren ausgezeichnet, viel Stauraum in den Kleiderschränken, einfach klasse. Das Highlight war die wunderschöne umlaufende Dachterrasse. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung 100%ig weiterempfehlen. Für Homeaway kann ich leider nicht so viel positives sagen. Das Objekt war plötzlich nicht mehr auf der Homepage aufrufbar, nach 4(!) Tagen endlich Kontakt zur Hotline, wo man uns nicht sagen konnte, warum das Objekt nicht mehr vorhanden war. Aber wir sollten uns keine Sorgen machen, wir wären ja über Homeaway abgesichert. Na toll, das hat uns vor dem Abflug nicht wirklich beruhigt.

Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants et avons passé un excellente semaine à Sanxenxo dans l'appartement de Paula. Il est moderne, bien situé et très propre. De plus Paula nous a bien renseigné lors de notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y ha sido estupendo. El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, perfectamente limpio y decorado con gusto, Cómodo y funcional (las camas son comodísimas). No le falta de nada, está completamente equipado para pasar unos días de descanso perfectos. La terraza es una auténtica maravilla, rodea todo el apartamento y se puede acceder a ella desde cualquiera de las habitaciones o salón, por lo que a cualquier hora del día tienes una zona de sol o sombra, según preferencias. Cenar en la terraza es un gustazo. La plaza de parking grande y con acceso muy fácil. Está a cinco minutos andando del puerto (restaurantes, bares, etc) y a escasos 100 metros de una pequeña playa (cruzar la calle y bajar unas escaleras), por lo que su ubicación nos pareció perfecta. Paula, la dueña, aunque no la conocimos personalmente, solucionó perfectamente los mínimos inconvenientes que pudieron surgir en nuestra estancia, y todas las recomendaciones que nos hizo (lugares para visitar, restaurantes, etc,) fueron acertados. Solo puedo decir que el apartamento ha cubierto con creces nuestras expectativas. Muchas gracias por todo, Paula
