I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Mythical Blue Luxury Suites in Santorini and to request a full refund for the unacceptable conditions we experienced.
I had booked four rooms for a long-anticipated vacation with four couples, expecting a luxurious and scenic experience as promoted on their website and booking platforms. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked and deeply disappointed to find that the rooms provided were essentially dark caves—completely windowless, with no natural light, no ventilation, and absolutely no view.
This was not what was advertised or reasonably expected from a property marketed as a luxury destination in one of the world’s most picturesque locations. The absence of any mention of these conditions during the booking process amounts to a clear misrepresentation, and it ruined the entire vacation experience for all of us.
To be fair, I would like to acknowledge that the staff service during our stay was amazing. The team was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit, and we have absolutely no complaints regarding the service provided by the hotel staff.
However, given the misleading nature of the booking and the extremely poor quality of the accommodation provided, we are requesting a full refund for the four rooms booked. We have already initiated a dispute of the charges with our payment p
