Raisa from housekeeping she is amazing with the cleaning of the rooms and nancy from the breakfast she is very attentive the hotel in general is nice clean good location all staff is very helpfull so i will definetly would stay again there

Good location in the tourist zone. Staff very friendly and helpful. But the room had just one window that looked out into a corridor, the light in the room was way too bright while the light in the bathroom was too dim. Hot water was only available intermittently and the Wifi was very slow in the morning and then again in the evening.

The hotel was good, once you figured out how to get the hot water to work in the shower, i chose this area because i lived in this area.

The staff is super polite and were very flexible with prepping for my wedding. The hotel is cute and they keep it very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good and had a beautiful view. It was at a walking distance from everything in the zona colonial and in a quiet safe area. The doors are locked at night for extra safety too. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay while exploring the beautiful Santo Domingo.

It’s walking distance to the historical sites in Zona Colonial. It’s very clean. Breakfast buffet with fruit, coffee, juice, breads, and cooked eggs, The internet is intermittent and didn’t work often.

A boutique level hotel. Much better than the area around it. But ok area. I used taxis for transport in the evening. Staff were extremely helpful. Cleanliness as top as it can be .

During my stay, the Wi-Fi signal was consistently weak, and there was no hot water available for showering. On my final night, I had an unpleasant interaction with the front desk receptionist, who was rude and argumentative when I inquired about a guest visiting me. He also refused to provide his name when requested. Despite this negative encounter, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are very clean. I didn't like that the property is five stories high and has no elevator; you have to walk up with your luggage. They have free breakfast, but personally, I was not impressed, other than the fresh fruits.

Good price, Tremendous potential but needs work

Positive aspects: excellent location. Walking distance to Malecon and Colonial highlights. Staff at reception was friendly and very helpful. Wonderful rooftop pool with nice view. Breakfast is surprisingly good. We received a bottle of wine. That was super nice. On the not so good side this hotel’s renovation is clearly not finished. There are exposed breaker boxes next to water pipes. Air conditioning dripping water above electrical plugs. USB plugs not working. Overall pretty bad condition and I believe unsafe in terms of the electrical/water hazards. I think this little hotel has tremendous potential but needs work.

The property itself is really great. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The rooms are new and have lots of outlets you can use to plug in your electronics. This location has 4 floors but they do not have elevators so be prepared if you are traveling with lots of luggage. The only downside for my stay was the Wi-Fi that was not stable on the 4th floor. Hopefully they can find a way to make it stronger throughout the hotel. The area had construction on the street which would cause the power to go off several times a day and at night. The hotel does have a generator, but it was annoying to deal with especially at night. I still believe that this location deserves a 5 star since the construction was not something they can control and because their staff was outstanding.
