"Our room was spotless with a big bed, bath as well as shower. In room safe, fridge and kettle. The pillow menu was nice but I had to ask twice for another pillow. The resort is pretty noisy with music going on until the early hours. The staff were all lovely and helpful, the buffet was varied and a lot better than other buffets we have had in Spain. We didn’t try the spa as it was a bit expensive at €12 for an hour to use the pool. The treatments started from around €55. I loved having cava at breakfast which was included."

"Apart from the storm that hit us on the first day whats not to like from this hotel .the views over the beach when the storm hit was amazing. The staff are always helpful.you do have to walk a fair bit for some off site food.the breakfast and even meals are more than adequate. Rooms are clean and tidy it's been a lovely 6day stay"

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
