"This was the most disappointing hotel we have ever booked through hotels.com. The largest concern was the inability to connect with someone when a problem arises, as there was a young girl at the desk unable to assist us and we were unable to reach the owners via email or phone. They misrepresented themselves as having a city view, but are actually situated next to a container truck lot and a petroleum filling staton.
