It was my first time in an Extended Stay & was a little wary when I arrived. Reception was efficient & helpful, room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast to go was ideal.

Good location. Walking distance to the Tower of London d London Bridge. Heated towel rack, laundry and full kitchen made the stay very comfortable. Good restaurants and food markets within walking distance, very close. Would absolutely stay here again.

I just want to say that the workers here are amazing people they always make my stay here so welcoming and very kind. Eric is really good worker here, he’s very kind and and makes sure that I’m enjoying my stay here. He is amazing! And there is a couple other workers I wish I can give a shout out to but unfortunately I don’t know there name but it’s two other women lady’s that I wanted to give a shout out to. Nice quaint hotel

Was rebooked to this hotel. Definitely not the experience I was looking for with my girls. Overall, it was a clean motel type of hotel. Has a good breakfast restaurant on site. Lots of shopping all around. It’s a nice hotel if that what you’re looking for. But I wanted a more country feel. This is city feeling. And my originally booking included breakfast.

Low budget

Basic no frills. This place needs an update. Be aware that it's right next to the freeway and noisy. Good A/C. Elevator. It was clean. This motel is frequently overbooked. I got a room this time but won't bother to book again.

We had glow in the dark paint on the ceiling, sink wouldn’t drain. It is on a busy road so louder than I expected. Staff was great. Clientele in that area seams rough. Would. It stay there again.

The desk clerk Erik was very helpful and polite. The rooms are large and clean. BUT the property is located right off Highway 101. The noise never stops. Continous sirens. Hard to sleep. I would never stay here again. They shouldn't have skimped on a sound wall.

Friendly service

For the most part we were comfortable. I want to start out saying that we received excellent friendly service. But I was scared of the Spider nest right above my door. I hate bugs and these were pretty good sized spiders and a web covered a whole corner of my door.

So the floor was filthy but everything else we are telling ourselves had been cleaned. But everything had been tweakered. The elevator was broken. The staff were friendly and cheerful however which is always appreciated. Its the other ‘guests’ that live there and take the place for granted that ruin it. They should have like a probationary period for people wanting temporary housing. Just be more respectful man, thats not hard to do. Anyway, end rant. Its ok for an overnighter but longer, go to the north location.

The young man who checked us in, Erik, he is the best employee at this location. We had to praise him. The hotel itself could use some updating like new shower heads, new cooktops, laminate peeling off cupboards. But the beds were nice and firm with no sags. Windows weighed 70lbs so my husband was only one could open them. The parking lot seemed like it only had just enough spots that were squeezed in too small a lot. And there were some questionable characters hanging around the evening hours. Feel like we paid too much, like Holiday Inn prices for Motel 6 stay. If there were few options Id stay again. Like a C
