Fantastic house with plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Newly renovated within the last few years. Host was almost over communicative! Booked this for my parents 35th anniversary for the entire family and everyone had a great time and raved about the property. Highly recommend and if we come back, we’d stay here again!Just note, there are quiet hours as the host has outlined in the description. While we followed them and had no issues, he messaged multiple times to remind us as hours got close, even if we weren’t outside or home. Unfortunately, seems like a group previously may have caused this which is a bummer for a terrific host.

Beautiful, spacious, clean home with relaxing pool and hot tub. Perfect for a reunion with our group of friends. The location is about 10 minutes to Healdsburg which was convenient for wine tasting and shopping. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed using the well stocked kitchen and also enjoyed the lovely furnishings and the indoor fireplace in the evening. This is a great place for a relaxing time with friends or a couple of families. Due to the location in a suburban neighborhood, however, the noise level outdoors does need to be quiet after 9pm and the neighbors are sensitive about that - so just be mindful of this.

We had an amazing family vacation in this gorgeous house. The pool and outdoor space was top-notch. The Indoor living space was also wonderful. Joe communicated well with us and helped us troubleshoot any issues which were very few. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting wine country.

We absolutely loved out stay at this beautiful home in Windsor. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described, spotless and welcoming. The location was perfect-close to wineries, tasting rooms, and great restaurants, yet peaceful and private when we wanted to relax. The house was tastefully decorated, the host responsive: we felt taken care of from arrival to check out. We can't recommend this home enough, whether you're coming to wine tasting, exploring or just relaxing, this home is a gem!

Great group stay during a long weekend

Lovely home and pool

We had a great time staying in this house, especially swimming in the beautiful pool and enjoying the hot tub. Everything in the home was thoughtfully done and was easy to navigate. The host, Joe, was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful get-away spot for the family!

It’s a beautiful house in Windsor that is modern with a great backyard. Make sure you know the Wi-Fi password before arriving because there is very little cell service and finding it in the VRBO app will be tough once you’re there. Great proximity to Healdsburg and the greater wine country.

Fantastic Stay

Wow what an awesome place to stay! Even better than the pictures (which is saying something!). The house is large with high ceilings and is very comfortable and the backyard is a perfect oasis for hanging out. We were a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone! Joe was an incredibly responsive and attentive host. He checked in throughout our entire stay to see if there was anything we needed. We used car services and Uber/lyfts to get around and it was very easy and was only a short drive to get to Healdsburg. Would most definitely stay here again!

Great property

The house is exactly as described! It has everything you need whether you plan to take advantage of the amenities of the property or touring the surrounding wine country, or alittle of both. Joe was a great host, available and responsive to a few questions that we had. The house has a keurig and basic spices like salt/pepper and brita water jugs in the fridge. I would stay here again for sure next time I am in Sonoma.

Wonderful! Gorgeous!

We loved our 2-night stay. We especially loved that each person in our group had their own bedroom (and bathroom). The house is beautifully designed with comfortable beds and couches. The living/dining room has gorgeous massive ceilings. We also loved the huge dining table for meals/games, etc. The aesthetic throughout the house was right up the alley of our group. Everything you need is provided and has been thoughtfully curated. Every room was well-appointed and very clean.The hot tub and pool were fantastic to enjoy. One thing to note is if you opt-in for the extra charge of having the pool heated, it still felt too cold for most of us. Joe the owner mentioned it was heated to 84 degrees. He was very responsive with each question we reached out about.Another thing to be mindful of is that there are close neighbors on the hot tub side of the fence. It seems they are very sensitive to noise. We tried our best to be careful of our voices, but probably lost track after enjoying some good wine. I mention it in case your group wants a place to really let loose, play music and hang out late, you'll need to do that indoors or find a more remote VRBO.That said, it is totally a 5-star rental all the way. We were super happy with our choice to book there. Bottom line is each person in our group at some point over the weekend decided they never wanted to leave. We hope to rent it again next year for a longer stay.

Perfect Getaway Spot – Exceeded All Expectations!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice – it’s even better in person!The [specific features of the property, e.g., fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable beds] made our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. The [outdoor amenities, e.g., patio, fire pit, or stunning views] were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the location was ideal – close enough to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and private.The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with great communication and thoughtful touches like [welcome basket, local recommendations, etc.]. Outstanding Property and Location!

I can't say enough about how perfect this property is! Joe has done an outstanding job of anticipating a traveler's needs, including having lighted makeup mirrors in each bathroom for the ladies! The location is perfect - only a short distance from US 101 and charming downtown Windsor. Oliver's Market is also a short distance away, which was useful as we cooked dinner and breakfast most nights and mornings. The house was exceptionally clean and welcoming and very tastefully decorated. It was very nice to have a family room and a living room. The ladies were able to watch a movie in the living room, while the men watched sports in the family room. The patio and backyard are perfect as well. Although we didn't have an opportunity to use them on this trip, the heated pool and hot tub are a wonderful addition. We did spend some time each evening by the fire pit before dinner. We enjoyed the fireplaces inside the house as well. Joe is an exceptional host and always responded promptly - most of the time within minutes. Check-in was easy since there is a keypad on the front door. Joe also thoughtfully provided recommendations on grocery stores, dining, wineries, etc. I hope Joe won't mind, but I'd like to give a shout out to Chef Adair Catering. We had a catered dinner one evening and the service and food provided were excellent! Our travel group has stayed in many homes in the US and abroad and Joe's lovely home is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Joe!

Making memories with family & friends

We’re in CA for a wedding and decided to spend a few days exploring Sonoma County. We had 12 people in our group and Joe’s home was the perfect choice for us. The home was EXACTLY as pictured online. My whole group was SO HAPPY with the accommodations. The home is not only beautiful, it’s comfortable, welcoming, warm, and inviting. We had plenty of space inside and outside. Cooked on the grill and in the huge kitchen and enjoyed the outdoor area, pool & spa! Joe was awesome, providing much detail about his home and always prompt in answering any questions I had. My group and I will definitely book Joe’s place again on our next trip to Sonoma County! THANK YOU AGAIN JOE!

Friends Sonoma Trip

We absolutely loved the house. Perfect location, enough room for all 5 couples to be comfortable, has any amenities you could need for a friends getaway. Any questions or issues we had, were addressed so fast! Joe was a great host. I would highly recommend this house!

30 year anniversary trip

We were very much impressed with this property. We had five families and everybody had their own bedroom. The property was very clean and well decorated. Our host Joe was very communicative as well. All the accommodations were top-notch. Our grandkids, especially, had the best time with the pool and the lovely backyard.

Annual Family Vacation

We have a family tradition of gathering every year for a summer vacation. We've spent time in Tahoe, Sonoma, Napa, Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Guerneville, Occidental, and, of course, when the kids were little at Disneyland. Windsor this year was amazing. The five bedroom home with five baths was pure luxury for us. The pool, hot tub, corn hole, ping pong kept our competitive nature finely honed. Our host, Joe, sent us all the info we needed, including, a detailed list of places to see and do around Windsor. He was readily available when taking a call about a minor problem in the kitchen and had a handyman to fix it within 12 hours. The house is beautiful , neat and clean, comfortable with all that we needed for a great week. Thank you Joe. We have a great time!!!!

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for 12 of us, ranging in age from 3 to 71. Lots to do. Big kitchen for family meals. Clean and beautiful. We will definitely choose this home again. Thanks to our hosts who made it all easy.
