Newly renovated townhouse just steps to the beach! Cassine Gardens offers wonderful amenities including two pools, tennis courts and nature trails. Our townhome is the closest unit in Cassine to the beach and to 30A!

Our 1254 sq ft 2 bedroom townhouse has 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 6 with 2 parking spots right outside the front door. We love its' reverse floor plan with bedrooms downstairs and breezy balcony upstairs facing 30A.

As you enter our beach house, you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We love not having to lug our luggage upstairs! The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with hybrid mattress including coils and memory foam. You will also enjoy its' wall mounted TV, new ceiling fan and patio 2 relaxing chairs and laundry access. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds with hybrid mattresses including coils and memory foam. Both full bathrooms have been completely remodeled.

The upstairs space has also been completely updated! The new, beautiful kitchen is fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals or relax with some steamed shrimp from Goatfeathers, which is just a quick walk across the street. It is complete with a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glassware , blender, toaster and all the utensils you will need. There is an eat-in bar in the kitchen that seats 4 and also a separate dining room table. The spacious living room has a new 55 inch, 4k, flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also a new queen size sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will also find a newly renovated half bath. Walk out to the 2nd floor balcony to enjoy your favorite beverage and enjoy the breeze.

You are welcome to use any of our beach toys and chairs during your stay at our townhouse. Cassine Gardens is just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. We are a short bike ride away from Seaside, the Hub and Rosemary Beach.

Just a short walk out the front door and across the street and you are right there on the sugar fine white sand beach. This is our paradise and we are happy to share it with you. We love that we are the closest unit to the beach, with the outdoor shower right outside our door!

Staying at our townhouse also offers complimentary concierge service through Playa Bonita 30A Concierge. A member of their team will be available 24/7 to assist with your accommodations and with special bookings such as: bike/paddle board/beach chair rentals, dinner/entertainment recommendations, special occasion needs. VIP services are also available upon request for additional fees, such as grocery shopping/delivery prior to your arrival.

For security purposes, the home has surveillance cameras outside the home at the front and back doors.
