The entire back of the home is a custom wall of floor-ceiling windows providing tons of natural light and direct views of the the sparkling, Saltwater private pool! 👙 The living room is a perfect hangout spot with a large leather sofa, Daybed/sofa, 2 arm chairs and ottoman. Enjoy shows on the 70" TV or enjoy the fireplace🔥 in the cooler winter season.

KITCHEN/DINING

The kitchen is a chef's delight-it has brand new appliances including a wine fridge, and stunning 36" navy blue Ilve gas range. Kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, and are full stocked with all the amenities you'll need. We provide a Vitamix, Keurig & Traditional Coffee Maker, Instantpot, Air Fryer, Non-stick pots n pans, and more...just bring the chef👩‍🍳 The massive oversized island has white Quartz countertops, and comfortably seats 5. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 8.

OUTDOOR

Prefer to dine al fresco? Grab a cocktail 🍹and dine on the patio overlooking the pool! The poolside dining table seats 6, and the pool area also has 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill. The private saltwater pool features LED lights for your evening swim 🏊‍♀️..... these can be remotely set at your request with special “light shows” or just a steady calming light turned on at dusk and off at 10pm. Heated outdoor shower for your convenience.

DUNE 👌ALRIGHT Bunk Room: Nestled within the bunk room is a Full bed over 2 Twins, comfortably accommodating 4 young adventurers. Equipped with a large TV, cozy coastal bedding, and a snug sofa, this space is a haven for fun and relaxation. Dive into gaming adventures with the XBOX gaming station, complete with 2 gaming controls

BLUE PALM 🌴 OASIS:The stunning 3rd-floor bathroom, is a shared oasis for the Bunk and Queen rooms. Adorned with captivating Blue Palm Wallpaper and accented with elegant blue-gold accents, this space exudes coastal charm. Dual vanities offer ample space for your morning routine, while a large tub/shower invites you to unwind after a day of beachside adventures.

Before you lock in your spot at Stayin' Sandy, here's what you need to know:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking, keep an eye out for an email containing a Point of Contact (POC) form and a must-sign Rental Agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT A $300 security deposit hold is required. No worries—it's just a hold, not a charge! It’ll be released 5 days after you soak up the sun and head home! 🏖️

LOCATION: You'll find us at 30 Dune Side Lane, Santa Rosa Beach 32459.

SAFETY FIRST: We've got you covered with pool alarms, fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Surf out by 10 AM sharp to allow time for our cleaning crew.

RENTAL AGE POLICY: We're all about family vibes! The primary renter must be at least 23 years old.

PETS: Furry friends will have to stay home—no pets allowed.

SMOKING: No puffing, vaping, or blowing smoke rings during your stay—let's keep the air as fresh as that ocean breeze! 🚭

NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Let's keep it chill and cozy for the fam—no parties or events, please.

QUIET ENJOYMENT: Help us keep the vibes serene by keeping outdoor noise down after 11 PM.

PARKING: Three cars max in the driveway, with room for a golf cart on the adjacent pad.

MAX GUESTS: We can accommodate up to 14 guests!
