There is so much great about this property - the location to the beach and a few restaurants/shops- having a golf cart and bikes available for use - the room set ups are great for multiple families - the pool is the perfect size and depth for kids (our 5 year old could easily stand in the shallow end) We did run into a few issues however. There is only one AC unit for this entire property and the house was extremely hot most of the time we were there. It seemed ok in the beginning of the week, but by the back half of the week it was sitting around 80 degrees and not dropping much lower. It was very uncomfortable. We understand it was summer in FL, but the house not cooling at all was surprising. We did reach out to the property manager asking for someone to check it. We never heard from them that it was checked and was ok or not. At this point we only had two nights left so just powered through. Additionally, on our final night, sewage backed up into the downstairs tub and toilet and ran all over the floor. The management team did ultimately get a plumber out there to fix whatever the clog was, but no one ever came to clean or anything. So that bathroom was just unusable for the remainder of our trip as there was literal waste in the bath tub. We had a great time in Santa Rosa and really enjoyed alot about the house, but unfortunately, I don't think we'd rebook simply because of how uncomfortable we were with the lack of AC.
