This hotel-style condo offers up lovely views of the surrounding Gulf Place community in Santa Rosa Beach - you're also just a short walk from the beach! Make a splash in the on-site outdoor community pool or soak up the sun on the spacious sun deck. At the end of the day, you can decompress in your own private jetted tub.

The charming community of Seaside, including the famous home from 'Truman Show' at 31 Natchez Street, is just six-and-a-half miles away. Dine at Old Florida Fish House just under ten miles from the condo. Grayton Beach State Park (which features the Underwater Museum of Art) is just over a five-mile drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. In town for a wedding. Great location as far as never having to get in the car and go. Plenty of shops, food, and beach access right out the door. The pool closes to our unit was closed so we went to a different one on location. It was well heated but not the cleanest. The unit itself was a basic hotel set up, minimal amenities with two beds and a bathroom. Our only complain is that the unit had a horrible smell. We bought an air freshener but it didn’t help it. The ac unit was very dirty so we assumed it was probably the air quality due to a nasty filter. We also could never get the ceiling fan to turn on. Which probably didn’t help either with circulation. We just propped the balcony door open to try to get some fresh air and ventilation.

Cozy and Cute!

We only needed 1 night here and it worked for us just fine! Upon checking in, we realized the elevators were out of order which created a little struggle with our bags and child with mobility issues. I notified the property manager and they were unaware of the issue, but Gulfplace management addressed it and the elevator was working by the next day. The wi-fi did not work as warned in previous guest reviews. I re-set the router and still no luck. The vibe was great and the area can’t be beat.

Super Cute!

The property was super cute, however the remodel was not yet complete. The beds were also very unstable, felt that they would break simply by sitting on them. The location was the highlight of this property-super close walk to everything you would need for a week in Santa Rosa.

Great location, reasonable rates

The unit is located in Gulf Place above the Sunrise Cafe. The location is great and the unit is perfect for a couple. There is private beach access across the street and within walking distance of restaurants.

interesting troubles you may not like

during check-in I was under the impression from the first email that we had one room . The text received had us listed in the room across the hall. I punched in the code into the first room's keypad, which promptly opened. upon entering, someone was already in the room. i left the room and called your answering service, which only partially solved the problem. Hence, I tried the provide access code on our and it worked there also. However, this locked the renters in of the first room out of their room. However, I am surprised that the same code was valid for both rooms. How many other rooms of yours have the same access code? Where is the security in that? I am not pleased with the lack of security.

Quick getaway

The condo served its purpose for a quick and relaxing couples getaway. It was very convenient to the shops, restaurants, and beach. I was most disappointed in that the condo did not look like the online listing. It could definitely use some upgrades and TLC.

Great Condo!

Wonderful spot to enjoy beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. Comfy beds, very clean facility and wonderful Vacasa personnel on site for any questions/concerns. We will definitely be back!!

We live locally but wanted a quick getaway for the weekend. Simple accommodations but had everything we needed. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. Loved the ability to bike ride.

Inaccurate info and hard to reach Vacasa

We had a few issues (poor instructions on entering unit, no amenities passes, no code for laundry room.) I had to call and wait on hold for extended periods and also tried texting and emailing to get help. Very, very difficult to get information.

Location, Location, Location!

This is my 2nd time staying at Inn at Gulf Place! It was awesome! It’s directly across the street from the beautiful beach…our room was located in the Gulf Place Town Center. There was a coffee shop below our room…restaurant…ice cream shop…2 boutiques…Yum Pizza Shack and more! I can’t get back there soon enough! Awesome place to stay!!

Location, location, location!

The location of this property is ideal! We did not want to rent a car, and the proximity to coffer shop. Restaurants, pools and beach was perfect. Unit is perfect for two. Not an abundance of storage (no dressers) but I packed in cubes and was able to utilize the console table. We had to request hangers from the office, as there were none in the closet, but that was an easy fix. Bring an over the door storage for your bathroom needs, as the vanity has very little counter space. BYO coffee and filters, to circumvent the LONG , long, lines at Sunrise coffee. All in all this worked for us for a four day trip to attend a destination wedding.

Pest- bugs everywhere and crawling in the bed. Hair with gooey stuff on it in the bathroom. Me lid on chairs. Took my special needs son with medical equipment with me and it was a health concern for us to stay there. Contacted Vacasa made them aware. No extra rooms to change to. Drove 8 hours and ended up sleeping in the car. Angry and disappointed!
