Throughout the encounter, she remained calm, composed, and courteous, handling a difficult situation with remarkable grace. Even afterward, she continued to go above and beyond. Her kindness and dedication deserve recognition, and I hope management knows what a wonderful representative s he is for your hotel. The breakfast offered in the morning was an excellent spread and very delicious."

"This was our first stay and we loved it. Everyone was very pleasant, the grounds very neat and well kept, the pools were wonderful. The only slight negative was the room was musty, we opened the window a couple of times and that helped. Will definitely stay here again in future. All of the food we had at Fat Willy’s was excellent and the staff was very nice and helpful. Great service. Thank you all!"
