this was our second stay at the Hotel Gran Playa
within a year, we checked in late due to flight delays
from Madrid to Alicante in the historic (el Apagon)
black out in Spain the receptionist explained about the
black out and no electricity no lights in our room tired and
hungry from the ordeal and no bars or restaurants to go to, a lovely lady getting ready to go home after her shift
I was asking where we can get something to eat offered us pizza from the kitchen i think her name is Mercy, we owe her deep gratitude for caring
