"Worst place ever, no hot water the water heater had wires out. The house was very dusty and dirty, bathroom was never cleaned. Missing pillows on sofa and bedroom. Did not feel safe leaving things, one of the windows needed to stay open for the gas line. Paid for 6 days, stayed for one night only! Bugs, spiders, dirty sheets. No WiFi, very hard to find. "

They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "Great location within walking distance of the Zócalo, markets, and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and our room was cleaned daily. We stayed for a total of 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The only issue we noticed during the last two days was low water pressure, which was a minor inconvenience for us. Overall, we loved the place and would gladly stay here again."
