Very basic room; concrete floor, ok beds, no sound insulation, and a very sparse bathroom area with the shower and tools all in the same room. Decent hot water but very little water pressure (common in Mexico). It has A/C which worked decently but the remote was finicky and no way to control it directly. The "in room safe' was not a safe at all--just a compartment in the wooden night stand with a cheap hardware store key lock. Still, I never felt like my valuables were unsafe. The pool is nice and inviting. The restaurant "Bruxa" was only mediocre, but wasn't terrible. I would stay again if the rates were significantly lower, but I think for what they charge there are nicer options, especially if you don't absolutely have to be in La Punta. Oh and on Google maps it looks like there would be direct beach access, but that is not the case. It is very close but you have to exit onto the street and walk to the end of the block for the nearest beach access.

No cuenta con estacionamiento, tiene que dejar el auto en la calle. Las toallas de alberca te las rentan aparte Tiene una parte aún con construcción atrás y un gallo que te despierta a las 6 am Tomar en cuenta que también tiene restaurante bar, la música termina 11:00 pm Buena ubicación

Lo bueno: Personal muy amable, wifi bueno, instalaciones adecuadas para pasar una buena estancia. Lo malo: Por el costo de la habitación creo que debía haber una toalla por cada persona hospedada en mi caso 4 y solo había dos, los artículos de baño insuficiente o de mala calidad, la limpieza de la recámara solo se hizo una ocasión de las 5 noches que pasamos ahí, el ruido en la recámara de arriba fue demasiado sobre todo en la mañana que al parecer lo barrían o acomodaban a diario.
