Cozy apartment in Santa Cristina d'Aro

This apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and very cozy living room impresses with its unique view of the mountains. The accommodation is located in a settlement far from the tourist hustle and bustle and convinces with its great outdoor facilities. Look forward to a charming garden with trees and a pool where you can refresh yourself, relax in the shade of the covered area, sunbathe on a deck chair, enjoy your dinners on the terrace and prepare culinary delights in the beautiful barbecue area. The owner lives in the basement and also uses the pool. The garden lights are turned off from 23:00.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests.

Déception, Pas une location, un hébergement payant ...

Les propriétaires sont sur place et font partis intégrantes du séjour...alors que l agence nous a bien précisé que l on ne les verrai pas .ils ne sont pas tres aimables surtout Mme...et vous les croiser tous les jours et plusieurs fois par jour on a l impression d être hébergé chez des gens et non en location. Le dimanche la famille est arrivée, partage de la piscine .... Impression constante de déranger. Les nuits horribles. Concert de chiens qui aboient, voisinage qui se baignent, hurlent et festoient une partie de la nuit. Nous avons eu le malheur d emprunter un petit parasol pour aller à la plage, nous nous sommes fait allumer au retour 😂😂 A part ça la maison, le coin piscine sont très agréables mais faut savoir que malgré le fait d’avoir loué, vous n êtes pas chez vous pendant la semaine. On est vraiment pas à l’aise, l’impression d être surveillé. Seul Rayon de soleil des propriétaires, leur chienne, très aimable et affectueuse. Par contre l'agence novasol, très bien 👍

Heerlijk vakantiehuis met fijn zwembad

Het huis is ruim en goed verzorgd en ligt in een ruime villawijk op een steile berghelling. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de zee is prachtig. De eigenaren wonen onder de vakantiewoning en zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Vanuit de locatie zijn de stranden goed te bereiken, maar je zit ook zo op de weg richting het binnenland.
