The two-level Villa Sulky, is perfect for those who want to visit the beautiful nature of Sardinia-s southern coast. Suitable for both families and groups of friends, this villa in Sant'Antioco has three spacious and bright double bedrooms, for a total of six sleeping places. Two are located on the lower floor, where also the living area is.
The master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, is located on the upper floor where also the fitness room is, and two spacious solariums with sea view, one of which is accessed directly from the bedroom.
The interior style of this holiday home in South Sardinia is a reminder of the surrounding nature, with its wooden architectural components and Mediterranean colours that make it both sophisticated and sober at the same time, all in a perfect harmony with a refined and modern décor.
The living room, equipped with large windows and a comfortable sofa, features a beautiful parquet floor that conceals a modern underfloor air-conditioning system that will makes you feel as pampered as you deserve.
The kitchen is elegant, well-equipped and modern with an induction hob, electric oven, wine cellar, dishwasher and coffee machine.
At the end of the day, a delicious dinner can be prepared and enjoyed comfortably on the outdoor veranda. There is also a barbecue and some chaise lounges to enjoy your moments of conviviality and relaxation.

Heading to the southern of Sardinia, precisely at its most south-westerly point, Sulcis, separated by a strip of land that can be easily travelled driving, we find the beautiful island of Sant'Antioco. Crossing the bridge that connect to Sardinia, remains of ancient Roman ruins, fishing boats and dozens of Pink Flamingos lovers of the mild climate typical of this area, can be admired. The lagoon was chosen by this beautiful residents starling to spend the rest of their lives. With a bit of luck, you will be able to observe the dance of these large specimens with their slender and elegant legs as they let loose in a splendid and bizarre choreography to conquer what will be their definitive companion.
Villa Sulky to sleep in Sant'Antioco: it is located near Monte La Noce Natural Park perfect if you want to go for a walk in the nature, and only a few minutes away from the centre of the homonymous village of Sant'Antioco. In this cheerful village full of summer events, you will find everything you need such as supermarkets, markets, souvenir shops and, above all, typical local culinary products. If you are a wine lover, don't miss those obtained by local grapes, internationally renowned.
During your holiday, you can explore the nearby Carbonia's mine cave, the salt cave just a few minutes from the city, the archaeological museum of Sant'Antioco, the ancient Phoenician Tofet and the caves of the Hypogeum Village right in the centre.
Last but not least, swimming into the crystal-clear waters of this fantastic land is a must. A few minutes driving from the Villa there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.
You can decide whether to stop and contemplate the fine white sand of Maladroxa, the coral pink shoreline of Cala Sapone, the unspoilt nature of Su Portixeddu or Cala Lunga. And why not to take a dip from the rocks of Cala della Signora or snorkelling into the caves of Cala Grotta.
