The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai share these views.

The interior of our unit has been totally renovated for expansive views and designer decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style. EVERYTHING is brand new. In addition to brand new central A/C, we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms so you can set a comfortable temperature in each room. PLEASE NOTE that the pictures of our unit in this listing do reflect the new furnishings HOWEVER the photos of the grounds of Pointe Santo are not current, but are reflective of the planned landscaping which will be implemented over the coming months. The tennis courts and pickleball courts are complete, and the office has rackets and paddles to lend.
It is a wonderful base for adults and children alike to explore Sanibel's beautiful shelling beaches, nature preserves, waterfowl, fishing, golf courses, bicycle paths, live theater, shops and boutiques.
Excursions for deep-sea fishing and kayak/canoe/bike rentals, golf and the Sanibel Recreation Center are close by as are the island's delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques and galleries. The Sanibel Farmers' Market held on Sundays from 9-1 is not to be missed. Pick up fresh morning baked goods, the night's dinner, or veggies and fruit for a week.
