Loggerhead Cay 274: Beautiful Condo on the Beach!

Paradise awaits at Loggerhead Cay #274! This spacious beach front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 4th floor is sure to please the whole family up to 8 people, if needed! This eclectic and fun property boasts brand new furniture in the living room and bedroom and offers the convenience of the Gulf of Mexico in your back yard! Loggerhead Cay is a wonderful east end community with easy-on, easy-off island access and very close to the bike paths, shopping & restaurants!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin (bunk) beds & 1 pull-out sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress (sleeps 8), 3 Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, computer & printer, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

Beyond Expectations

The condo was wonderful and exactly as advertised. The communication was excellent and always timely. This was the best stocked condo that I’ve ever been to, with so many beach items (umbrella, chairs, toys, football and soccer balls, fishing poles, and much more). Would definitely go back again!

Great stay at Loggerhead Cay!

Great property. The pictures are very accurate, the condo tastefully appointed and stocked with all the kitchen items, puzzles, games, and beach toys needed for a perfect Sanibel vacation. The check-in and check-out was seamless and Sanibel Vacations management was very communicative and accessible.

Much needed getaway

This condo had everything we needed plus some. Close to the pool and the beach, a very well maintained property. The unit is clean and well labeled. Our family of 4 was beyond comfortable. I miss it so much already, and just got home today. A wonderful place to stay on the beautiful island.

Fully stocked beach condo!

Great condo with everything you need for a week at the beach! Kids loved collecting shells, riding the waves, and building sand castles. Condo had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend!

Condo at Loggerhead Cay was clean and bright. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans in the kitchen. Also, plenty of outdoor stuff, including beach chairs, towels and several umbrellas.

Super well-equipped property, amazing customer service

From the beginning to the end, our experience renting this condo could not have been better. Extremely kind when an injury threaten to cancel our trip, and very accommodating with a few special needs (thanks Brooke!), I would not hesitate to book this condo or through this company again. The condo had everything we could have asked for, plus more. It was extremely comfortable for me and my children, and we hope this was not our last visit to Loggerhead Cay number 274!

Logger Cay

This property had everything we needed for the beach. It was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and was well laid out. It did lack a balcony which would have been nice.

Loggerhead Cay 274

The condo was lovely. Decor was modern and bright. We would have preferred an actual water view. Being on the 4th floor the elevator was wonderful. The computer and printer in the unit was really helpful.

Great condo for a family vacation

This condo is very nice - looks just like the pictures. We really appreciated the nice beach chairs and beach towels. They were great for sitting on the beach. There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the condo which came in handy for our kids that love soft blankets. We had a great time making memories on Sanibel Island!
