The stay is great if you don’t have high expectations for a room to stay in.

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made our stay feel special. The location was perfect, and the overall service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be coming back!
