"Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the coutesy shuttle to different restaurants, within 5 miles."

"We'll start in let's say room 1 of 2 rooms i reserved. The ac unit didn't keep temp so was continually hot, the bedding on one of the beds was dirty with what looked like urine stains, so we called to get a new set and she told us to come get one and we'd have to change it out ourselves. (understandably because it was late and she was probably alone). Room 2.... it had a horrible smell, the ac unit was so loud it sounded like a concrete mixing truck was outside our window and didn't cool well. The bathroom was dirty and my husband had to adjust the toilet tank parts so it would stop running and making a loud high pitched squealing noise all night. After telling the girl up front all of this she said, let me know of anything else went wrong then I'll get you another room."

"The area around the property (parking lot) was dirty, lots of trash. Also, there were two police cars out front when we arrived talking to people. I don’t know whatever happened, but we felt a little less safe. Also, a distinct smell of weed coming out of the window next to ours."

"The pictures shown must be from when the hotel first opened. In reality there is rust everywhere paint peeling stained bedding. The pool gas algae growing and the hot tub desperately needs cleaned. The light fixtures are half broken rusted and the paint is peeling into the pool. The room clearly nedds a deep clean there is mildew on the curtains anf unknown stains everywher. Will never stay here again "

"The property itself is in good condition & surprisingly clean. The room was much smaller than expected. No couch, no real space to open/keep luggage/clothing accessible (2 bed room) unless you’re using the closet. We weren’t staying long enough for that. The tub was stained around the drain area, TV, bathroom, & mirrors were a bit dusty, but overall acceptable. We checked out earlier than expected because the work at our home was finished & given the compact room & obnoxiously noisy A/C system, we were ready to leave at that point. I will say, they were awesome in accommodating an early check in, & Ashley at the front desk went above & beyond by coming to our rescue! She found us some desperately needed condiments for a late breakfast we picked up nearby & they failed to provide us w/the basic necessities. Great coffee/tea access in lobby area, staff was very pleasant & the free breakfast was more than adequate. Super shout out to Ashley & Mattie for the extra effort! Thank you! Highly recommend checking out Robeks nearby for fresh juice/smoothies! Delish. "
