"Absolutely Incredible resort! We were met at the airport by hotel staff. Took the shuttle and our bags were waiting for us at the cabin on the small island. Room was fantastic, right on the snorkeling beach. Very clean, comfortable bed. The resort has a fantastic dining area and exceptionally friendly staff. Food was delicious, fresh and quick. "The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. "

"When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. "

"My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. "We had an amazing stay at Ibagary. Attended an out of this word friends’ wedding there and spend a few days relaxing at the hotel after the wedding. The beach front location is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very well looked after and would recommend this location for a wedding as well as a relaxing beach vacation. "
