For your seaside vacation in Sanary, Le Temps des Vacances is pleased to offer you this pleasant apartment with 3 bedrooms, a terrace, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is ideally located 150m from a cove, 800m from the beach, 1800m from shops, and 2200m from the town. You benefit from 2 private parking spaces with the rental. The rental is composed as follows: you climb a few steps to enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room, consisting of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. This entire space opens onto the sea-side balcony and the terrace/small garden at the back, equipped with a table and chairs. For the sleeping area, located on the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, with 140x190 beds, then 2 90x190 beds and 2 80x200 beds. Regarding the exteriors, you have access to a terrace/small garden at the back of the house, and a sea view balcony on the other side. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The house has been partly renovated recently and you have an internet box with wifi. The ground floor where the bedrooms are located is equipped with air conditioning. The upper floor where the living room is located is also equipped with air conditioning. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where sun, beach, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol unforgettable. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid one month before moving in and no later than two weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of €5 per day per pet will apply. We require a security deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. This deposit will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract detailing your information, that of the agency, and the rental property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for proof of holiday insurance or civil liability. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
