"Very pleasant indeed , beautiful scenery and peaceful. Make sure you bring insect repellant and I dont advise kayaking around the the next bay north. The second we set foot on the sand an extraordinarily obnoxious and aggressive man / campsite owner said he would set his Rottweilers on us which kind of put the dampers on the day."

"Marina Terrace (the restaurant) is beautiful for sunset and the couple running it, Kieran and Beth really make the place special. They are knowledgeable world travelers so we found kindred spirits. Kieran is an amazing chef who whipped up to die for risotto as good as we have had in Italy. They gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to do. This is an authentic local experience with few tourists. The town itself is very safe and close by there are some nice hikes and killer beaches...

"All good, just troubles with check in - they let me wait until 2 pm saying that it is the time that the check in starts even though everywhere is written that it starts at 1 pm, very confusing and annoying to let you wait even though the room was already supposed to be ready!! No compensation for all the useless waiting kn the heat "

"Situation idéale : à deux pas de la gare routière et de même pour la plage. Quand je suis arrivée, je n'ai pas eu la bonne chambre (ventilateur à la place de la clim). "Ok hotel right on the beach. Friendly staff prepared very nice breakfast to the order. Facility shows age, needs some renovation investment. The biggest drawback is the access - cars can get only to the concrete walking bridge about 100m from the hotel entrance. When you walk to town you have to cross the bridge and walk another 200 m on a dirt road that was covered by numerous puddles after the occasional rains during my stay. "

"Family of 4 in a private villa. It is not so big, but it was plenty of space for the 4 of us - and the large patio was absolutely fantastic. It was right by the pool which was also very nice and like everything else very well kept. The WiFi did not work in the villa - you had to go outside on the patio. "Lovely quiet resort right on the beachfront. The beach is very clean and clear. You are able to snorkel straight off the beach. There also is a small boat to hire. Delicious food at reasonable prices and fantastic sunsets. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. Only cold water available, but not an issue in the heat. The room had a fan which was enough to keep cool at night. Lovely place. Highly recommended. "
