5/5 - Excellent
A quiet getaway from Puerto Vallarta with a pretty downtown square. Nestled in mountains. A few routes to hike for good views. Beautful landscapes.

Got caught in the cartel chaos. The resort could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They extended our stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well run property. Food was great and staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sandra in the Chipotle Buffet.

Visitors should stay at least for one night so they can feel what a sleepy town is all about. We met a few great people Chuy from one of the local souvenir stores, and Jesus from the Jewelry Store. If possible take a 30 minute walk to the mines
great hosts; most considerate. Lovely and spacious cabin
