Hillside home that is light filled all morning and day. Spacious views across the valley to hillside beyond. Ultra privacy from every room with mature plantings/trees. Expansive, private decks on both top/bottom floors with elegant, double French doors that allow for open air seating in the dining room through to outdoor living/dining on adjacent deck.



Master bedroom has double French doors that essentially open up an enormous "picture window" to the valley/hills across the way and that can be enjoyed from the foot of the California King sleigh bed.



Peaceful brick patio garden with botanical varietals. Home is thoughtfully furnished and decorated with curated, original art, tastefully and intentionally chosen antique pieces, European furniture, and an overall decor that speaks to classic and tranquil elegance that is historically informal and interesting. The home has high, beamed ceilings that are vaulted. Every detail of this home was tended to with guests' comfort and enjoyment in mind.



Master bedroom has California king size bed, another bedroom has a Queen size bed and the bunk beds are full size mattresses. The home has three full bathrooms. The Masted bedroom and bunk beds are located on the main floor. The bedroom with the queen size bed are located downstairs.



Within 10 minutes walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, shops, fire department, gas station in the desirable Dominican, tree lined neighborhood. Medical care, access to highway, and downtown, historic San Rafael are only 10 minutes by car.



Please note: NO PARTIES are allowed, no large gatherings, no bachelor/bachelorette, pre-wedding, family reunions of any kind allowed at the house.



This is a quiet neighborhood and we want our guests to be good neighbors.



The driveway is a steep downslope to reach the property. There is a carport and two cars can park tandem in the driveway. There is parking on the street, but is limited due to the narrow streets in this area.
