"We stayed on the level suite. This suite was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the exclusive benefits of being a level member primarily dining in a private lounge. I used a spa facilities which were excellent. Bow, juliette and her team were terrific. Great roof top bar. Improvement: Its a jack and jill bathroom with no lock. Also no doors between dressing room and bathroom. Very clean, great location, fluke and the concierge desk were super helpful. Thankfully we could project...

"We stayed here for 1 week and upgraded to the horizon club and it was worth it. The team there are so super helpful and friendly and really good with kids. They have a kids corner with activities and kids splash pad area and kids pool which kept our 4 year olds very entertained. The service was great and breakfast was delicious. I can’t speak much to the location as we didn’t leave the hotel lol."

"This is my first time in ChiangMai in the last ten years. I just need to get off the rush hours, office hours routine and get relaxed. Starting the day with a great breakfast which provides a lot of options (American, and Asian style). I mean the variety of flavors and healthy foods. Then, take an easy bike ride around the garden for your digestion. Anything you can imagine is all in this amazing botanical garden.
