"The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. There was an issue with their key card system, but they always had a staff member waiting to take us to our room and open the door for us. Overall, we were very impressed."

"Logement très bien situé pour pouvoir visiter la ville. Il y a un parking à disposition mais à quelques minutes à pieds. La chambre est petite mais les lits confortables. Salle de bain et toilettes partagés mais propres. Nous avons pu laisser des affaires dans le frigo de la cuisine et faire à manger le soir. Le petit déjeuner est super! On peut choisir à la carte ce que l'on souhaite. Le personnel était agréable."

"Great deal for the money. Very nice feel to the room and the common space. Very quiet. The big negative - when we got there, no one was there. When we called no one answered. It's Guatemala. so we went for a coffee. When we finally got an answer, the guy was wonderful, friendly, and explained he'd been somewhere else. And once we got inside it was much better than i expected for the price. Will stay every time i go to Xela."

"Really cute place. They went the exta mile on the "vintage" decor. The hotel cafe was a nice amenity and very convenient. The parking was secure too and we were able to walk to several nice coffee shops, the park and restaurants."
