"Les falta practicar mucho la atencion al cliente, las habitaciones no son Comodas camas duras, el aire apenas enfria,la ventana del Baño estaba rota tapada con papel, mi reservation incluida desayuno y son Muy pocas opciones, las albercas no tienen sombras.No cuenta con restaurante si Quieres comer algo por la tarde tienes que salir del hotel."

"They have a private parking lot, air conditioning, and a big pool. Decent hotel for the price but there are nicer hotels around for similar prices. My only complaint is the sound. You hear everything inside the room. It is so loud from the street traffic, pool, and other customers in their rooms. Definitely need ear plugs."

"This is a lovely small property in a new development 15 minutes north of the city. It is right on a lovely beach and walking distance to the turtle hatching / releasing operation. There is a pool and a large cabana housing the restaurant and bar. Overall, a very nice, new property. A few less obvious details: It is best to have a car here. There is nothing within walking distance and cabs are available, but not cheap. You need a ca to get to the swimming/surfing beaches and restaurants. The rooms are nice, but on the small side. They have good AC, a mini fridge and a porch. Beds are comfortable and shower is nice. Staff helpfulness is good, but inconsistent. Galilea at the front desk and Andres at the bar are excellent, but the others seem less dialed in. Breakfasts are very good, but don’t start until 8:30. It would be nice to have access to coffee before then, but that’s not consistently the case. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"The cleaning staff was great. There are some areas in the bathroom that need more detailing, shower door, soap holder and toilet. Room 315 had a leaky faucet from tge first day. We told the housekeepers and front desk, y nada! The breakfast buffet was cold for the most part. There was a young lady who helped out the day that there was no buffet. She was fast, courteous and professional. Thank her please. We did but coming from the management would be nice. The pool bar areas need tidying up. Popcorn and trash were there overnight. I told the tall gentleman at the front desk the next day. Hehe...LOTS of cell phone usage bt staff in the dining room and reception areas. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and more attentive to guest traffic to convey a more professional atmosphere. Asley in tours was very professional and explained options very well. "No se ve como en las fotos, le falta limpieza, el baño olia a pipi, las paredes sucias, el colchon no es comodo, las toallas blancas se veian viejas y grises, el cuarto no tiene ventanas y esta muy claustrofóbico "
