"The property was always so clean. The daily service of our room was always completed early and was exceptional. The staff at the swim-up bar couldn't be nicer! Kenny and Louisiana were just the absolute best. They made us always feel so welcomed and were so friendly. They would be one of the reasons I would come back there! For the first trip for me to Aruba this was the best pick!"

"My wife and I stayed 7 days at the Riu. Hotel rooms, interior kept very clean, but the beach area is not, beach chairs are very dirty/ freshly stained never cleaned just like beach area which is full of cigarette butts, cookie wrappers, empty bottles. It's an adults only hotel, but full of kids at beach area from the Riu hotel nextdoor. Pool entertainment/ activities don't exist. Don't waste your time with the restaurants, buffet is much better " pretty sad". It's the Carnival cruise on land hotel."

"The staff were accommodating or attempted to accommodate our request. The food was excellent and the service staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Lilliette . The rooms were not as pictured on website and description of the oceanview 2 queen beds mentioned the room having a bench and 2 chairs for lounging . The chairs were not in any of the three rooms that my family members were assigned . My husband and I questioned the absence of the chairs , we were told the chairs were removed . My husband asked if it was possible to get a chair in our room and was promised that a chair would be brought to our room it never arrived. A large part of the ocean front is inaccessible and it was different to find a lounge chair in the area the area that is sandy , as towels and belongings are placed on lounges to reserve seat at day break and may times those seats remained empty all day depriving other guest the opportunity to use that area throughout the day"
