"Good location close to bus station and alot of food options within short walking distance. The surrounding area did seem a little dodgey but fortunately we didn't have any negative encounters compared to others. Staff were lovely and courteous, often greeting guests passing through reception. Breakfast, although limited options, was satisfying. "Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood. Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm 75 and active, and would stay here again"

"Good location for the hop on bus tour, not many restaurants locally. But 15 mins walk away and there were plenty. Breakfast was the same everyday, not great if you don't eat ham. Beautiful decor and a good hot shower"

"To be honest, I see this as a one-night hotel, and it will likely remain so. Its main advantage is the excellent location right at the airport, which makes it extremely convenient for an overnight stay or an early flight. However, the rooms need attention. The carpets should be replaced, as they have a damp, mouldy smell. The beds also need upgrading, and the bathrooms would benefit from a full renovation. With these improvements, the hotel would offer a much more comfortable experience."
