(E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly."

"We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium. Normally I do not stay at such big hotels with an all inclusive offer. But I changed my mind. We travelled with a little kid and it was great. I did not expect the food to be that authentic and delicious. There was a huge offer and great variety. The rooms were cozy and clean. And the staff was really kind.
