"The Grand Hotel Telese looks the part. An old grande dame of a hotel with lovely entrance and great hall. It was good for kids, lovely pool and the receptionist was warm and friendly. The rooms were fine and clean. Dinner let it down badly. There's only one place to eat on site, and no one was around to take our order, despite having booked a time and it being quiet. When the food came, it was bland and missing ingredients you'd expect from the dish as described on the menu. When we raised it...

"I can’t give this property enough start to represent our stay. Lucia is an amazing woman, this is a family property but she runs it all and she does it well. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The property itself is beautiful. We didn’t have a car (which would be recommended) "
