"This day was beautiful. Some area was closed off due to construction. The spa was not hot. I don’t think it was working and also we got a balcony, but it was no smoking allowed on the balcony nor anywhere on the property. You have to smoke all the way in the parking lot"

"Breakfast as ok and the staff was a little rude. One of them cut in front of us in the breakfast line to get her own waffle first. They did have a nice complementary espresso machine. Beds were a little uncomfortable tho."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and polite, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the breakfast experience was disappointing. The food was not replenished quickly, so many items stayed empty for a long time, and there was a very limited quantity and selection available overall. The waffle maker was also not working during breakfast service. It seemed like the staff on hand were doing their best, but there wasn’t enough help available to keep up with the guests. With better staffing and improved breakfast management, the experience could be much better."

"Staff is extremely helpful with getting you checked in and navigating the property. Our room was clean and spacious, the kids enjoyed having their own area. My only complaint is that our room was next door to the gym and unfortunately for us the gym is open from 7am-10pm… so we woke up to weights being dropped repeatedly. Being that the rooms are so close to the gym maybe the gym hours should be from 8 or 9am-10pm. We went to the dragons den (MAKE A RESERVATION!!!) for dinner and we enjoyed our food, the breakfast buffet while delicious it was chaotic - for breakfast a reservation does not mean you’ll be checked in at that time since you still have to wait in line to check in and be seated (GET THERE EARLY!!!) and there’s so many people but that’s expected since it’s a family centered hotel. There were so many options for breakfast (cereal, eggs, French toast, pancakes, chilaquiles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, etc) so there’s something for everyone. To get to the Legoland park it only took a hop, skip, and a jump to get there. Definitely would recommend staying at the hotel, it is as one of the easiest stress free trips we’ve had with the kids."

"There were roaches in the room and the bathroom floor was so dirty doesn’t look like it’s been washed ever. I had to go purchase sandals just to shower. I had to take my belongings everyday because I was afraid of getting roaches. The smell of roaches was pretty strong around one room specifically. I won’t be staying here again."

"I loved the villas. They were very spacious and had all of the important amenities for my stay - microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. It even had kitchen items like pots & pans, dinnerware and tableware. The bathroom and bedroom was spacious and the living room was nice and quaint. I had a patio. My villa was downstairs. I wish there was an elevator because my luggage was heavy. I didn’t visit the store/market. I did visit Canyon Grille. The food was good but service was a little slow. My waitress and the greeter were super nice but it seemed like they were understaffed. I liked the fitness facility. I don’t use the pool. The outdoor seating areas were nice. I visited their farmer’s market and it was excellent. My overall stay was magnificent."
