Our home features a Game Room, Galley Kitchen with brand-new appliances, ensuring a delightful cooking experience. The living area boasts a spacious lazy boy reclining sectional and an impressive 100+” TV, perfect for cozy movie nights. The dining area provides comfortable seating for 7, creating a wonderful space for shared meals and conversations. For your convenience, we have stackable high-efficiency washer and dryer units in the hallways.

Additionally, we are conveniently located just half a mile from the nearest hospital and Cal Poly, and only 1 mile from downtown San Luis Obispo. If you're in the mood for outdoor adventures, local hiking trails and the airport are within 3-5 miles.
