"Lovely, warm welcome as I had arrived at the apartments a few hours earlier than official check in. Reception informed the room was ready which great. Every mod con available in the room and the code lock system via WhatsApp is so simple. Seville was stunning, I will back in a few weeks and will definitely look to stay atLumbreras16 again!!!"

"The property is apartments. There are no elevators and most apartments are located on an upper floor. Although not located near major sites,the location is walkable with many cafes and bars near by."

"The property is located in a lovely part of town, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. However, our experience was heavily impacted by terrible maintenance and slow management response times. For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. Additionally, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, and...

"Difficulty using appliances. No instructions provided. Poor quality induction stove - pulsed instead of steady heat. Minimal pots to cook with. No dish rack. No placemats. Stayed a month and they only provided one cleaning. On the positive side. Communication was prompt. Liked the layout - lots of room. Clean. Nice to have separate bedrooms with bathroom facilities. We were two parties and could operate independently. Nice large dining table. "
