Home Away From Home

A great place to stay in the heart of Fajardo! It is clean, safe (even next to the Police Department). I love the proximity to Luquillo Beach. The studio we stayed at was equipped with food and basic necessities people may be accustomed with. The day bed was hard for our liking; however, provides the additional guest option. Electric outlets, to connect electronics are scarce, but we managed. It has a great roof top hot tub/Bar-B-Q/bar area. I couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up more that 87•F, though( I later found out online that it needs twenty four hours to heat up. The hosts are excellent and always a message away. I highly recommend Comfortable Apartment.

The best hidden gem

Just wanted to say that our stay was amazing. A little hard to find at first but totally worth it. The host was amazing and attentive. He even gave us recommendations that were really good. Hot tub worked. Then there was a blackout which was the best part of the trip cause all you heard was the coqui’s. Overall a great stay! We will be staying there again on our next trip.

Better than anticipated

There is street noise that you can hear all night but the apartment was easy to get to and we were always able to park close to it. The apartment was clean, the bathroom was big and spacious and the kitchen has a good amount of space too. There is washer and dryers available which was really nice. I would stay here again if traveling to Fajardo on budget.

Peaceful!!

Our stay was great! We got more rest with our stay than in our owe home.This was our second time staying, but it was in the bigger suite. We want to stay everything we come to Puerto Rico! We highly recommend this VRBO!

My husband and I felt pretty safe in that area (next to the police station). Breakfast was on the first floor, so it was very convenient for us. We were able to walk around and it was pretty quiet until the night: it was pretty noisy and the cars past by with the loud music. The other downside was the place didn't have hot shower. Otherwise the place was nice and clean.

Love this place

We are regular avellers and would rate Victoria apartment as one of the nicest, cated, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. The VICTORIA apartment was also located nearby to a grocery store which was handy anda an a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. Thanks.

This property was great, quiet, clean and very nice host. Javier was great, he responded to me within mins and always answered my questions. My husband and I really enjoyed breakfast down stairs at the bakery (great coffee and sandwiches). We also did our Laundry on the last day and that was also good to have. We parked our rental on street parking right in front of the entrance door and never had an issue. Very nice quiet area.

Good location.

The Victoria is a good room, has a full kitchen (stove, fridge, sink, M/W), dining table and chairs, bathroom, toiletries closet. There's The also a laundry room with full size washers and dryers - free as of my stay in May. The A/C works, the location is quiet, and WiFi was being improved. While it is not 'at' beach, they can be reached in a few mins. There's a very convenient bakery downstairs, a police dept., and walking distance to "Main Street" - where you can find Dept of Tourism, La Alcaldia, and other main office for Fajardo township. I'd definitely return when in Fajardo vicinity.

Awsome place

Near beaches and San Juan area, the place not only is small 1 bedroom apt. Has beach chair for us to use and laundry and the owners supper supper nice. I'll stay there again on my next vacation.

The host was nice and very helpful. The apartment was great and comfortable. There was a panderia below that was good too. The area felt safe and was next to a police station and right off main road which made it easy to access.

Getting to know PR

It is not ocean view, but it was perfect for us. It has everything you may need and there is a bakery on the first floor where you can get breakfast, sandwiches, munchies & drinks. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and nice kitchen.

Wonderful host lovely bakery downstairs as well me and my wife loved it. Plus is has everything you could need for a vacation cooler, beach chairs, towels, shower preset to perfect temp. Kitchen stock with coffee and extras bed was little hard say my wife I thought it was perfect wifi worked good too. Definitely going to come back would recommend to any couple going on vacation especially if it spontaneous and if you only bringing the bare minimum cause it has everything you could need no extra expense to yourself thanks again for having us

I would recommend

Very clean, very nice! Quiet. Very safe. Good wifi. Good coffee shop next door. Set the air con to 77, fan to low, ohh so comfortable. Everything you need is here. About 5 minute drive to Puerto del Rey, Walmart, or large grocery store. Nice!
