The condo is just as advertised. Loved the pool and beach access. The condo is equipped with a beach umbrella, cooler, 4 beach chairs, and beach towels. Makes it very convenient to go to the beach. A shame there isn't a washer & dryer in the apartment. It would definitely be more convenient than going to the lobby.

Great location, right on the beach! Walkable neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. The owner was great with communication and provided beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and even a cooler for a perfect beach day.

It was very nice, In walking distance to most things. Pool was great and so close to the beach. The neighbor across the hall is super friendly. She was very helpful. I would highly recommend. Side note... The mini mart across the street is over priced. The Pharmacy on the corner is much cheaper

My stay

Great location directly across the street from restaurants and stores.. The condo was wonderfully placed on the beach with a great pool… if you don’t mind traffic noise it’s a great place to stay definitely

Great stay

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay even with the island wide power outage on new years eve into new years day. Frances called to make sure we were ok and stopped by with a lantern and extra batteries for us to use. The condo had everything we needed and there was a lot within walking distance. The local residents were super sweet and amazing as well. We had a wonderful time

Perfection

Great location and great amenities. We did not have a car and there’s plenty that do within walking distance. 10 minute uber to Old San Juan. Really a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property. The check in process was very accommodating as we arrived at 3am. The building security staff was welcoming and swift. The property itself was clean and there was easy access to the beach and pool. We would stay here again. Thank you!

My birthday

When pulling up, the building looks a bit dated, but it is clean and rather nice. This apartment looks just like the pictures. It was clean and had all you need. There are beach towels, chairs, kitchen needs, and all. We had a wonderful stay.

wonderful experience

this was a great place to stay ! couldn't ask more for location. lots of places to eat all around within walking distance, CVS across the street, bus stop beside condo. very clean and the manager was always available an very friendly.

Great stay in Isla Verde

This was a great little place for 2! Beautiful views from the balcony. We felt very safe on the premises. Having CVS across the street was wonderful. It’s just a short bus ride from Old Town San Juan and excursions picked us up at the hotel next door. Would stay again!

The property was a convenient location, easy access to restaurants. Pretty clean older unit, for us a king size bed would have t better but worked out fine for us. Administration Office was hard to find had a wait until next day to ask questions of them. We had a comfortable stay!

Excellent

First of all, the listing is as advertised! Perfect for a couple but there is pull out sleeper couch but I’d think it would be crowded. Smaller kitchen but enough for making breakfast but difficult to make huge dinner! The balcony was awesome, great view both ways city and beach! Nice to eat your breakfast and drink coffee. The studio/condo was excellent, great set up, easy check in, parking spot close to side door to enter the complex. There’s s coffee maker, silverware/dishes for four, a blender which was great for pino colada’s we took to the beach. There are beach towels and cooler for your free use. Security is great, make sure to wear masks on premises! Host was quick on response, very accommodating and nice! Only suggestion is to have a toaster, I missed that but great, would definitely stay again!

Amazing view and location!

This was the most perfect location and with in walking distance of all the necessities (restaurants, cvs, casinos, the airport). Great property with an awesome view.

You cannot beat the location

Isla Verde is such an easy spot for a long weekend, or even longer as a base for staying in PR. Close to the airport (5 min), beautiful beach, everything within walking distance. No need for a car unless you are going to explore all the beautiful places in this island. This property was as described, has all you need including beach chairs. Clean, and we would recommend for a couple. Maybe with a small child. There is a cooler you can use, the beach chairs are more of camping chairs, which worked fine for us. Now, just so you know the tv is local major networks, and apps to stream. Netflix was connected, the other you would need an account ( i.e. prime, nfl, etc). We found out when we attempted to watch NFL in CBS. Again, no big deal but just in case you are there in the season. The property managers were responsive, and more then pleasant. The view is just beautiful.... no need to travel to Hawaii :-) from the east coast.

Great condo on a beautiful beach

This is a nice cozy condo with great views that we enjoyed during my family’s one week stay. It’s located on a beautiful stretch of the beach. The condo is within quick walking to grocery stores, fast food places and restaurants. The unit is cozy but comfortable enough for 4. I think it’ll be ideal for 2 people as the sofa bed isn’t as plush and comfy as the queen bed. Overall it’s a great condo and the owners are super nice and easily reachable and responsive.
