The place is clean, well maintained and the personnel is very kind and helpful at the front desk. In the restaurant area English level is very limited but the service is still good. I have a few suggestions that may help the hotel, some I have already verbally made to Lucy, the manager: 1) the rooms need an ironing board, 2) Bathroom need skin lotion, 3) warn customers that rooms have no refrigerator but can be obtained if requested 4) place in the rooms a list of useful numbers and guided tours organizers contacts numbers, 5) how to call and numbers of emergency medical services, even room service number. 6) place a restaurant menu in the room with open-close schedule.
Given the quality- price ratio, this is a great place, I would without hesitation go back there again and again! I strongly recommend the place assuming my suggestions will be addressed by my next trip, soon.
NB: Some current construction work on the 4th floor, without being a nuisance can at times be disturbing but overall the place is quiet and Zen.
