The hotel manager, Nema, was absolutely a joy. We were in town early, reached out, and she made accommodations for us to drop our luggage off, then she took the time to walk through all the bus routes, local restaurants, and other sites to see. After the trip was over needed an additional night stay in the back end of a trip, Nemo went out of her way to make accommodations. The Inn itself was in perfect location for everything you could want, restaurants, shops, buses, cable, cars, Alcatraz, Golden Gate, Bridge, Fishermans wharf. I would highly recommend anybody in that area to take advantage of this hidden gem.

Staff was friendly and helpful with checking in. Room was clean and well stocked. Parking was limited but we didn't drive so our car stayed put at the hotel. Lombard is one of the main road for tourist attractions so we walked places. Super easy to navigate.

The room was overall good, even being slightly older. The staff were incredibly helpful and super kind. We were given suggestions and when I called in advance for parking I was told that they would help me find a solution when we arrived if there wasn’t something available. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

We stayed at this hotel 4th of July 2026. It was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent very helpful. Close to the piers restaurants clean area. We will for sure stay at this hotel again if we're staying overnight in SF. Jake
