Only rescuable part of my stay was the staff that were nice.
Parking looked very unsafe in an intimidating area.
Room was always muggy and could not keep fan air on unless the AC was going.
Bedding had holes, from what appeared to be cigarette burns. Sheets had yellow stains.
Tried canceling remaining 2 nights but hotel has strict cancellation restrictions.
Saw yogurt condiments, the night before, uncovered in a cabinet. Breakfast area is very small.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Positives: the room was clean, the breakfast was lovely and much more than I expected.
Negatives: the pool needs to be cleaned
Just a note: when in returned to my room, the housekeeper was just finishing up. She allowed me to walk in the open door without checking to see if this was indeed my room.
Parked right in front of the office. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Tv worked good. Breakfast was simple but good and was included. Only negative was beds were full size not queen.
the room was very clean, the furniture looks like it came out of a homeless shelter, but the lighting and fixtures looked new. Staff were very nice. I paid 130.00 per night for two nights. Well worth the price for the Bay Area. Would stay there again.
It was great for a 2 night stay. Loved their hot breakfast and they had many options. The place was kept very clean and rooms were also neat and clean. Comfy pillows and bed.
This is not a 5 star hotel but it is run with a 5 star mentality. The staff was very professional and they obviously care about the hotel and the property. The room was clean and the rest of the property was clean and well maintained. Great experience.
I was in Redwood City for a medical procedure at Sequoia Hispital. The location was convenient, though at first glance, I was not sure what to expect, but once inside, I felt reasured that this was a typical BW property. Parking is shared with the restaurant next door (Stacks - so good), but adequate. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Only downside was no elevator to the second floor, so we had to stay on the first floor since I couldn't do stairs after my procedure. I would definitely stay there again.
I was so impressed.
The decor of the building and facade was
amazing.
Nelson helped me thru the registration process.
He is a terrific Ambassador for the Brand
Best Western.
The room was perfect, with the necessary
amenities . The bed was perfect as were those comfy pillows.
Thank you Best Western for our memorable stay.
Considering we were there only one night, during the storm of the century, it was great! Pool closed but looked great for the summer, good weather guests. Staff help my husband and I right from the start! I am using a walker right now and they help me with doors and getting me to my room! Enough already, very nice staff!
I liked the staff, the manager and the housekeepers. The pool area was very nice. I liked the breakfast room. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. I liked how easy it is to park and that they don't charge for parking. The lighting in the room was good. There were also some nice updates in bathroom area.
I have stayed in two different rooms at this motel. It might be me but there was a smell in both rooms that was off-putting. I don't think it was the smell of cleaning product and they don't take animals so I don't know.
