"Was only there for 3 days 2 nights. Couldnt get the internet to stay connected. Staff was extremely nice but then a few hours later, no internet. One day they came 3 times aven replaced the router. Last day still no internet or compensation. They also tried to charge me for snacks we did not consume. "

"Wow! Palm Tree Resort far exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid for this reservation. Not only was the room available on short notice, but the parking and property location were convenient, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food offered at the restaurant and bar were top notch! Next time I stay in the Subic Bay area I will definitely stay at Palm Tree Resort. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Olongapo or Subic Bay area!"

"I drove 4 hours from Manila and this place was a fraud. The outdoor and beach Pictures look nothing like what is advertised. DO NoT waste you’re time booking this place The beach is rocky and bad sands an be to small I was very disappointed "
