The house was so nice and the perfect set up. Great backyard and 4 bathrooms was great. the rooms were really clean and comfortable. location is so great! We were able to walk to the Pacific Beach pier to go to the beach and bars and walk down to the bay to paddleboard.

Family Beach Vacay!

The design of this home suited our group perfectly! Multiple bedrooms on multiple floors allowed us to spread out for sleeping, but gather in the open spaces for meals & family time! The proximity to the ocean and bay was perfect - we walked to both! Our only snafu happened at check-in, but the manager acknowledged their mistake and accommodated us for the inconvenience. We will definitely look to stay at this property in the future!

Great location but you’re getting what you pay for

This would be a good place to stay for a guys trip, but the property wasn’t very clean. The location was great and a very convenient spot. I wouldn’t recommend this to mid 20s-30 yr olds looking for a nice place to visit with friends/spouses - it just wasn’t clean enough. It is a great spot for a younger group looking for a place at a reasonable price

Couldn’t have been better! Awesome location!!

Awesome property! 3 floors with a detached 2 car garage. Everything we needed was there and didn’t need anything extra. 10/10 would recommend. Very convenient as everything was in our vicinity. Walked back home from Mavericks, walked all the way to Waterbar with ease! Only issue is parking, so always prioritize street parking over the garage if you’re going to have more than 2 cars, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Loved it!!

Perfect House for Family/Friends in PB!

We recently rented here with friends for a week. We had adults and teenagers and the house was a perfect fit! It is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, modern, comfortable sleeping for 10 and great outdoor spaces to relax. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The kids enjoyed the freedom to be out and about enjoying PB while the adults enjoyed some excellent dinners. We would stay here again and highly recommend this great house!

Amazing family getaway

I’ll say this, it was an amazing time! Spacious stay with the family, easy walk to restaurants and the beach! 10 out of 10 two thumbs up! Was really glad to get away this weekend with the family everyone had a great time! Really got to to soak up the sun! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! Highly recommend for your next weekend getaway!

Inter generational Family Vacation

The property was the perfect space for our family- easy access ground floor bedroom & shower for great grandpa and bunk beds & bathtubs for the little ones and clean, comfortable, spacious bedrooms for everyone else. Easy walk to the cove stocked with play toys for the kids and lots of nearby places to explore. We had a very memorable time here… no complaints!

Great stay in PB

House was in a great area and close to the action (but not too close). Very walkable, you probably don’t need a car if you want to stick around Pb and Mission.

Family gathering

Our family flew in from CT, CO, and MN to join our CA family for a Thanksgiving get-away. The home easily accommodated our large family and was convenient to the beach, zoo, La Jolla and other sites. The open floor plan, private outdoor space and responsive management staff helped make this a great get away
