This stylish one bedroom/one bath is located just a few minutes away from San Diego Airport. Centrally located in the heart of everything Mission Beach has to offer.

Private entryway with keyless entry. Outdoor patio seating area off the entryway.

The bright living room with ocean views has a pull out sofa sleeper that sleeps up to two people. Portable AC and 32 inch Smart T.V in living room.

Full size fridge, well stocked kitchen with Keurig and microwave. Coffee pods provided.

Bathroom
Full bath stocked with the essentials including: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, hair dryer and toilet paper.

Parking in garage for one COMPACT car.

**We do not have any laundry machines. There is a laundromat 3 minutes away.

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are the nicest beaches in Southern California!
Fantastic Beach Bars and Restaurants close by.
Miles of sandy beaches are an easy two block walk away.

Getting Around:
Boardwalks on the bay and ocean provide traffic-free walking all the way up the beach and around Mission Bay.
Public transportation one block away.
Uber is cheap and plentiful!

This is a triplex condo, so there are two other units on property. Guest have full access to their unit and one parking space in the garage for a COMPACT car.

Camera located at front entrance. Records video and audio 24/7.
